YFC organisations through Bridge Project seeks to employ, x1 Clinical Champions. based in Durban uMgeni to Work 8 hours a day from 8:00 – 16:00.


  • Must have grade 12

  • Driver’s license

  • Must be able to work under pressure

  • Must be a Christian

  • Should be able to work with young people

  • Must be between the age of 18 to 35

  • Networking skills

  • Understanding of UTT and 95 95 95 cascade

  • Coping under pressure

  • HIV/AIDS Counselling course

  • Assistance Nurse qualification or higher


  • Training and facilitation skills

  • Understanding of evidence-based curriculums

  • Have worked in government DBN clinics

  • Have worked for a USAID funded program

  • Articulate in report writing

Responsibilities/ Duties/ KPA’s

  • Coordinate internal resources

  • Ensure that all activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Developing activity scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Develop a detailed weekly activity plan to track progress

  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in activity scope, schedule and costs

  • Measure activity performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Manage the relationship with the beneficiaries and all stakeholders

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders

  • Introduce the Bridge Project to all relevant stakeholders including government departments such as DOH

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Establishment of good working relationships with health facilities and stakeholders

  • Obtain informed consent before the implementation of the Bridge Project

  • Collect TIER.NET dispatch for file review and monitoring of viral load

  • Recruitment of beneficiaries living with HIV and ensure that they receive relevant support and training

  • Tracking of C/YHIV if they are adhering to ART

  • Coordination of support groups

  • Provide support on SRHR education

  • Evaluate management of ART and TB file review

  • Keep efficient records of all care activities

  • Perform other related duties as per project requirement
