He was coordinator of the street team until late last year when he took over the running of the aftercare program. Derrick has shown amazing ability to manage stressful and crisis situations in a calm and efficient manner.

He has a caring heart and is always praying for the different prayer needs within KZN and the rest of the organisation. Derrick gives more than a 100% to everything he does and he does not hesitate to go the extra mile when needed. Derrick portrays outstanding Christian qualities.

LYNN CONOLLY

Lynn started with YFC/KZN in 2005. She worked the first year as receptionist in our main office in Pietermaritzburg.

She is an active member of her church, a Sunday school teacher and the assistant leader of her cell group.

Under very trying circumstances, with 2 key people leaving L’Abri and a new staff person coming on board, Lynn was the stable force behind L’Abri during this month.
She worked hard and never complained. She has marketed L’Abri very well and it is partly due to her hard work that L’Abri has had a fantastic month. She also takes a keen interest in the contract staff at L’Abri. It is because of these things the Lynn has been named staff person of the month for March. CONGRATULATIONS LYNN!!
